Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Auravya. We take great pride in offering high-quality hair accessories and anti-tarnish jewellery. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.

Order Cancellation -

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  1. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. To request a cancellation, email us at: auravya.co.in@gmail.com with your order number.


Refunds & Returns -

Due to the nature of our products (personal use accessories and jewellery), we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The product arrives damaged,
  • You receive the wrong item, or
  • There is a quality defect.


In such cases:

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share photos and videos of the issue for verification.


Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or discounted items
